Yes it does say Wylex. And there does appear to be 2 blue ones not used. Although there are three red ones for "sockets" which I will have to check what they are for.

i would pull the ones you think are spare out (those are old style wylex plug in breakers) and check they don't effect anything you care about (immersion heaters or individual sockets perhaps)

the ratings of the breakers that are in the spare ways is not a problem as you can still get breakers for wylex standard boards (the current ones look different but they still fit the same boards)

so i would do as i said before

for the hob a dedicated 6mm 30A cuircuit wired through a cooker control unit and cooker connection unit

for the oven and mircrowave a 6mm 30A cuircuit wired through a cooker control unit then into a small consumer unit (hidden in a cupboard) with two 16A breakers, one for each appliance
