Built-in Toilet Extractor??

Anyone ever heard of this or know if it is any good? According to the manufacturer it will pass BCO regs for an extractor fan in a cloakroom toilet!

Never heard of it but some general advice follows. Most of the gases that cause smell in WCs are lighter than air so it'd have to be a reasonably powerful fan to work against that, and although it's hard to tell from the description exactly how it works if it's running all the time I'd imagine you'll feel a draught as you sit and do your business. The website claims it complies with building regs.
