BURNER PROBLEM - HELP!!

I have a Malvern Ten Twenty condensing boiler and yesterday morning i woke up to no heating and no hot water.

All the lights were on (power, pump, pilot, running), but the 'burner' light was not on.

i turned the knob on the boiler to off and when i turned it back on, the burner light came on and everything seemed to be fine.

This morning i woke up to the same problem. the burner light will only activate if i turn the boiler off then back on again. it won't activate when the timer/stat calls for it?

Can anyone help.... the people i've spoken to seem not to know much about these boilers.

You need to speak to different people. A boiler engineer, for example.

seems to go into lock-out mode, it does that when it wants attention.

the lock-out light isn't coming on.....
