Morning all, two central heating issues...

1) Radiator in the spare bedroom has got an inch of warmth left at the bottom and I can't bleed it because the valve has been scalped - so the key just spins. I'd be much obliged if some one could tell me what I need to do in order to isolate this radiaor so i can take it off the wall and try to dig out and replace the valve.

2) The shoulder above my central heating pump is oozing water, can I solve this myself or do i need a pro in? I guess it needs a new seal, but I'd need to drain down the c/h surely? Or can I fix it with some sort of sealant?

All help gratefully recieved. Thanks.
