Calling all door experts

1) I have just fitted 3 hinges and now my door opens by it's self. Any way how to tell which hinge(s) is causing the problem and how to fix it.

2) Is there a standard / recommend hight for a lever door handle ?

3) I guess the centre of the handle should be in the centre of stile (left to right)

3) I have got door handle from screwfix (90855), which is sprung, but i'm not sure what type of latch I need, single or double sprung.
