Not sure what you mean.
a camera /dvr/NVR processes the video so I guess you would want to make sure line detection, human detection etc etc etc is turned off.

without examples of what you don't want I would be guessing.
nearly all modern cameras have processing of some kind, and in most cases you can turn it on or off.
the oldest was motion, and it triggered every time a few pixels changed.
Then we had more intelligent scenarios, line cross, area entry, loitering etcetec, we nw have ones that can tell you if its a human or animal and so on.
what is you want and what is it you don't want from AI enabled cameras.
