Can anyone ID this bath/shower mixer?

Hello,

Can anyone help me by identifying the manufacturer/model of this bath/shower mixer?

The diverter valve is leaking/sticking, and I want to get hold of a kit of new O-rings plus washer.

It looks a bit like the Screwfix Swirl one (quote 41966) but the diverter and hose outlet are completely different :(

Basin and bath are dated 2002, BTW.

No jokes about how grubby it is... it's not mine :rolleyes:

OK, it looks like nobody can help with identifying it :(

So, what's my best plan? Where do you reckon I could get replacement seals?

Type showerdoctor into google and have a look through, may take a while but I bet it's there :rolleyes:
