Bath shower mixer sending water to shower only.

This bath/shower mixer valve seems only to be able to direct water via the shower hose and not the bath. Usually similar mixers do the complete opposite and only the bath outlet receives the flow; this usually points to a worn washer in the diverter valve. Anyone familiar with this type?

lol, you seem to know more about it than anyone else!
I would suspect the washer has become jammed in position?
try stripping the fitting and cleaning the washers?
