can anyone identify this fitting on stack pipe

    evening i have a leak from the waste pipe to the soil pipe from the bathroom, took a picture and went to b&Q today and the guy had no idea. can someone id what this fitting is so i can order a new one please

    Yes its a strap on Boss but yours looks like a push in type . The Boss attached to the soil pipe has a rubber washer in the lip to seal it ,if the pipe is put in at an angle it will drip ,might be best to have two 45 Degree bends just before the boss so pipe work has no stress on it .
    Best take it to a plumbers merchant and show them the end fitting and the pipe .
