Hi gang,

Attached is a pic of the junction box for my upstairs lighting circuit. It's got 4 lights with 4 switches on it.

I want to add in a very low powered always on fan (1amp fused that max works at 15w) - called a Drimaster by Nuirair.

Can I add it in? If so how?

Is this junction box to be left accessible (ie. not hidden or buried under floors/in walls)?
Are any new cables to be buried in walls or enter a special location (such as bath/shower-room) or is the appliance to be used in a special location?
Personally I wouldn't, even if the fan is designed to be constantly, you may need to still isolate it for safety and maintenance.
I would leave the existing junction box undisturbed and take a live feed form the supply line to the junction. Then form a new junction and include a means of isolation to the fan.
