Can I put laminate over Underfloor heating (Ed.)

I had electric underfloor heating installed 5 years ago under tiles which I am very happy with but I want to replace the tiles with laminate
My question is do I need to change the heating because it as no foil on
When you search for heating for laminate it is always foiled
