Hi guys. I have some downlights in my bathroom that despite being as flush to the ceiling as possible, leak a little light around the edge of the fitting. A thin bead of decorators caulk will sort the problem perfectly, but i'm not sure if caulk is ok to use as the fitting will get warm?

Any help greatly appreciated!

I've used it for the very same application, originally 15 years ago and it's still going strong. Just redecorated that room and it's still fine. Caulk is often used to fill in around radiator pipes & they get pretty hot too.
