can i use gravity pipes when converting to fully pumped?

If under the floor then only insulate between the joists.

Generally the insulation will be flattened by floorboards so no need to over notch the joists.

But should be insulated where the space is available.

Greater volume of water to heat up in the pipes which would take perhaps a minute extra when heating

I love it when he puts down in print the proof that he's never done the job.
He does it regularly, but a lot of people are still taken in by him.

Most just turn a blind eye , would be interesting trying to flatten 32mm insulation with flooring , the board would possibly split in the middle , not having done this I wouldn't know (flattening the lagging that is ).

Possibly have to use 3" screws to get the board started,
