Can soil pipes "fly" over flat roofs, without being attached to a wall?

When there's no wall to attach it to for that section, can it be supported from underneath somehow (like with a long wedge-shaped structure underneath it)? I hope the diagram makes sense...

Can it drop internally, going through the flat roof, and then run under the floor to outside? Unsupported runs are likely to dip, and cause problems.

The ground floor under the flat roof is concrete so quite disruptive to dig up for this, would have to rip the kitchen and bathroom apart.

If I gave it support every 400mm or so, would it be permissible, i.e. would BC like it?

My previous neighbour had a similar pipe run installed during a loft extension,it did not pass council building regulations and it had to be re run in metal pipe with additional support, still looks bad.
London borough of Ealing.
