Can someone identify this toliet cistern siphon?

Hi, this siphon etc. is leaking air where the vertical rod goes through to the plunger part... it means that it sucks in air and doesn't drop enough water to flush properly.

It's dual-flush, you hold the handle down after flushing to get more water (that's the idea, but flush either way fails similarly).

The part on the right will slight up and off if I unscrew the blue connector on the left.

If anyone can identify this make/model to source a spare, I would be grateful.

First check the plunger poly sheet / seal is not torn, worn.

It looks like a Macdee metro type

Note to self: I really do need to get out more!

Whip it out and replace with Flapper valve then forget about it
