Can someone talk me through turning the heating on please!!

Sorry if I am being dumb but have just moved into a new house that has a Vokera HE boiler. The hot water is fine but I dont know how to switch the heating on

I have downloaded a manual but still cant get it please can anyone help.

My guess is its something to do with the weird clock with tippets. I have turned the outside dial to on but nothing

Is there a room thermostat anywhere in the house? This would need to be turned up above ambient temp for the system to start
I assume its the HE combi?

it is set to 26 and is displaying 18 and has got a flame image glowing???

What controls are there on the boiler itself?

1= Pressure gauge
2= DHW temperature selector 40 - 65 °C
3= Mode selector switch
4= Appliance LED status indicator
5= Heating temperature selector 40 - 80
6 = Time clock

Is the mode switch set to heating and hot water or hot water only

It's the middle of summer, why do you want to put the heating on?
