Hi,
I've put normal plasterboard on the wall my sinks are hung, below the sink it will be covered so was thinking of leaving the plasterboard bare.
Is it best to paint some of that BAL waterproofing over it just incase?
And over the bit above the sink that will be tiled?
thanks anyone for help
:D

I’ve only ever used tanking around the shower and baths (areas that run the risk of getting really wet and water penetrating through to the plasterboard behind).

However, it wouldn’t hurt to tank it if you peace of mind.

I picked up a tub of Mapei tanking solution cheaply from an eBay store. It’ll save you money on buying the BAL if you don’t already have it.
