Hi,

I'm redecorating my bathroom will have a shower in the bath.
I have a plasterer coming around tomorrow to put up normal plasterboard and then skim reading for tiling. I plan to tile the whole room roof to celling.
Will this be sufficiently waterproof?

Thanks
Mark

You'd be better with moisture resistant boards around the shower area to be honest - I assume you only want to do this once so the additional cost is small compared to the long term benefits.

Alternatively you could tank the shower area prior to tiling. Tanking kits are available for around £60.

The rest of the room should be OK.

Regards

Fred

Full tiling looks very 80s . Check out a few mags first.
