Which model of the Premier panel is it, as they all have different PSU ratings?

Also, it will depend on any additional loads imposed on the panel by keypads, powered detectors (PIRs, vibration detectors etc) speakers and bell boxes.

I would recommend you feed the sounders from their own suitably rated power supply and use a transistorised relay to trigger them from the panel.
