Question is in the title! Having trouble finding a bath waste for my new freestanding (but close to the wall) tub. Can you cut chrome ones to length? Or where can I find a white plastic one that can be cut to length?

cutting chrome or SS pipe is strighyforward. a 32mm or 40mm wheeled pipe cutter will do the job simply and neatly.
if you dont have a cutter then mark the pipe and take it to outside a plumbing supplies and ask a plumber to cut it for you.
