I take it you do a lot of work in council houses, or your general clientele is just rough as feck.

The understairs shower is probably my favourite, who can stand back and admire that as a job done well.

The fuse box had water pouring onto it from the burst pipe from the loft.
The occupants were in the house for 3hrs without turning the water mains off. Still with the TV on.

My customers are the general public. Just like everyone else's.
