Downstairs switch make a note of which colour wire goes into which terminal - C, L1 and L2 - yellow and blue should have red sleeve on.
Upstairs switch. The red goes in L1 and the black (with red sleeve) goes in L2.
Then match the downstairs colour cables/terminals with the upstair switch terminals C, L1 and L2 - yellow and blue should have red sleeve on.
Upstairs you should end up the 1 wire in C and two wires in L1 and L2.
