Can you identify these tiles?

Can someone identify these tiles please?
And are they likely to have contained asbestos?

Someone is getting her knickers in a twist about it so I thought it best to ask those that work with roof tiles daily.

Poor picture .
Either Redland Regent or Marley Bold roll. Concrete interlocking tile

Seriously, I don’t know but they are the exact same as I have on my roof. Definitely concrete.
