Hello all, can anyone recognise this TRV?

I'm wondering if these are any good or if I should perhaps use a cheap one from B&Q on my kitchen radiator instead.

Its unused, never been fitted.
I have just had it for a while

Looks like a Drayton or one of their unbadged cheaper ones from a few years back.

Good valves, can do a lot worse than one of those.

Its deffo a Drayton one , sorry should have mentioned that.

Not a TRV3 or 2 even.

The number space is a little U shape.

And yes it is from a few years back.
Its been in my collection for about 20 years I think. :D

I was wondering if its still viable or if I should buy a new cheap one lol.

But if your saying its a decent make then I'll give it a go - cheers.

Until the head packs up...then the thing will be a diferent diameter than a new drayton ..

I've got about six on them in my house, installed about 1984. At least half have packed up. The rest are wide open just like everyone else's....
