can you measure bar pressure in litres per minute?

hello fellas, the question is in the title?
i have a new shower, itneeds a minimum of 1 bar operating pressure. it is upstairs in a conventional grafity fed cistern and tank?

it will need to be mains fed, unless your storage tank is 10 metres above the shower
 
the mix of water i suppose has to be balanced, therefore i suppose this shower is out of the question. the cwsc is only in the loft, its a normal house set up. do i get a shower with 0.2 bar op press. can you measure bar with weir cup? ta

oh, how do imeasure on a pressure gauge on an upstairs tap, one of those fcking expensive rothenburger ones?

you dont need to measure your upstairs tap pressure, just measure the height of the tank above the tap

1m = 0.1 bar
