I've always thought it would be nice to find a house to refurbish with the intention to sell it for a profit.

Why do you keep asking the same question over and over when you been given the opinions on here?
Round my way in Essex properties that need refurbing still go for the same price as properties that just need a redecorate to personal taste.
The only real way to make money flipping is to be a cash buyer at auction.
I believe its wholly dependant on area, though.
