I am considering purchasing a house. It was built in the late 60's early 70's. I thought it was brick and block, but after visiting all the walls seem to be dry lined, so I was concerned that it might be a 70's timber frame house, I couldn't find any info on who built this development. However I have found on Google maps another house down the road that was being refurbished when the photos where taken. After more research, I think it might be crosswall construction, but I'm not 100% sure.

The roofing lathes in the 2nd photo will be what the shingles/tiles were attached to. The wall behind could be block or timber frame.

The seller, the agent, the EPC, the mortgage valuer or your surveyor will tell you.
