The model number is not complete (there are 7-8 different versions of this machine).
Post the number printed on the sticker in the door opening...not what it says on the control panel. Probably something close to this GO146DF/1-84
E14 points to a heater problem. In the following order check: the heater element, NTC, bad contact/broken wire in the heater circuit, pcb.
