hello can anyone help.i have a candy dbq151 washing machine ...it isnt rinsing and subsequently spinning so obviously the door wont open and i cant get the clothes out we have cleaned the control dials and emptied the pipes to check for blockages but it still does it do i need a new washer[/b]

If it can't empty the water it won't do any rinses nor will it spin while it's full of water. Either a faulty pump or a blockage somewhere is the most likely causes.
Drop the waste hose into a basin and see if the water flows out. If it does the problem or blockage is with the pump.
Unplug your appliance before working on it.
