Candy ro16104dwmce not spinning

Hi. I have a Candy ro16104dwmce that happily spins at full speed when empty but just turns slowly with anything in it. I'm assuming some sort of wonky load sensor fault. Any idea where to look or if it's user serviceable?

Motor is fine as spins happily to 1600 when empty. Set level and hasn't moved from where it used to work quite happily.

Load/imbalance sensing, on many machines, is via sensing the current drawn by the motor.
