Canon Pimxa printer lines in the middle

When printing I get lines missing in the middle of the print. I have used the utility to clean the print heads but I still get the problem, see print
any ideas how to fix this please

How old is the cartridge and when was it last used?

Have you tried alignment?

Hi, cartridge is 4 months old , not tried alignment as to cleaning how do I do that ?

Its one of the options in the cannon maintenance setup I believe. Head alignment after changing the cartridge and deep cleaning if the clean does not work. Sometimes if a cartridge is not used for a while they gum up with dried ink. i have that problem as it doesnt get used much. My next one will be laser I think as hopefully it will tolerate being left idle a bit better.
