Can't close the window because Mushroom Cam

Looks like you don’t have the handle in the fully open position?
Could be a number of things. The right hand mushroom seems to line up with that cut out in the frame, the left hand one doesn't, does the left hand one move sideways when you operate the handle? If it doesn't move then the mechanism has failed to the left of the handle, new mechanism required unfortunately, as a temp measure though you might be able to tap it sideways to line it up just to get the window closed even if the mushroom won't move with the handle.
If it does move but is catching out of the blue then it could also be the heat has caused the opener to expand and the mushroom is now catching, that's not uncommon, if so wait till late evening and try again
