Hi, just moved flat and some of the windows are UPVC double glazed and on one of them i can feel a draught. There is an 8 inch section which doesn't seal tightly - its a few mm out. Its at the handle side where one of the four mushroom cams sit, but unfortunately the cam is not properly engaging in the keep.
I have tried adjusting the cam allen key but its not really made any difference - the cam does move left/right slightly as I turn it but not by enough and is a bit wobbly anyway. I moved all 4 cams on that side but its not made a noticeable difference.
Should all the cams (even at hinge side) be adjusted to try and get a tighter overall fit? Am I better trying to move the keep itself by a few mm? It only has one screw, but presumably I can unscrew it, and shift it a little to a good bit of UPVC?
