Cant find a builder

Been looking for a builder to strip out log burning stove
Rebuild the outside enclosure in block and brick
Install a twin flue system make good inside brickwork
Single story building
Tried all people we know no luck
Tried checkatrade my builder etc but no takers
Is everyone too busy

I would think as a country we are heading for a downturn in the construction industry. But rebuilding a chimney isn't necessarily an appealing job. Hetas engineers may be able to recommend someone.

They’re all on the slopes, ski-ing. Won’t be about until the season is over.
