cant open pvc window

please can someone help
My pvc window won't open - the lock works ,the key turns and the handle turns.
when I try to push it open it seems the bolt at the top of the window hasn't released yet the ones at the middle and bottom have.
I've removed the handle hoping I could get to the mechanism but can't access anything.
Is there an easy solution or will I have to get someone in to fix it.

Unless you want to damage the window - best to call either a locksmith or UPVC repair specialist.

Sounds like the window will need to be prised away from the frame, and the bolt manually withdrawn. This needs to be done with great care, and may even need the window de-glazing before attempting it.
