One of my UPVC window handles is locked and cannot be opened by the key. The key turns but nothing happens. I can get to one of the screws to remove the handle but the other one is underneath the closed handle. HELP.

Locking handles are usually pretty poor so you can pull the handle towards you with a bit of force until you can see the locking pin then you should be able to turn it.
