Car paint coming off

Hello,
I see my black ford focus car's bumper has its paint coming off. Underneath, the red paint has started appearing. I am thinking of selling my car but would need this fixed to sell for a better price. Attached is the image.

I assume it's a respray/second hand bumper?

I also assume that it's metallic black. In which case there's not a lot you can do yourself that will look good, it's a bodyshop or chips away job I'm afraid.

As above, unless you want to chance a bit of oil based black household on a small sponge? Clean thoroughly first, take off any flaky paint and sharp edges on the old paint with 400 or 600 grit sandpaper. Do not make it bigger by sanding aggressively. But you will see the repair, it just wont be red. Dab with black paint until you are happy/no more red.
