car radio/cd changer cable

i have a Peugeot 206, with a Clarion radio/cd head unit.

I have the offer of a CD changer to suit, but it needs a new cable. Old one is cut.

I don't know if this is a standard fitting, or where to get one at low price.

Can anyone identify it please? pics of connector sockets

I don't know if this will be relevent to your model; but the problem they had, was the cars diagnostics had to be reset, for the car to accept the CD changer was installed!

Is the cable a male to female cable?
And how was it cut? It may be just as easy to repair it, than find a replacement!
