Hi all,

I have been asked to carry out and inspection and test on a mobile caravan that is currently at a caravan garage for service.

I have two questions if anyone could provide any feedback/options on

1) What do you record for supply characteristics? Should I record the characteristics of the supply at the garage?

2) What sort of retest period should I put on the inspection label?

Many thanks in advance
Luke.

Hello Luke.

Not sure about the supply characteristics to be honest, (I understand that TN-C-S are not allowed),as every 'hook-up' point will be differ in some way.
Maybe fig721 bs7671 (test of instructions on how to connect/disconnect) covers you ???

PIR is not less than once every three years and annually if the caravan is used frequently.

Sorry I can't be of more help, sure someone will be along that can help you further.

Ed
