Hey guys,
Just had a carpet fitted after a long refurb project on a bedroom and noticed just after the fitter left he’s not put the threshold strip right up against the door stop where I’ve always seen it put in the past.
Never seen this before and think it looks a bit odd. Especially when we come to fit the carpet in the hall way and also when the doors shut.
Think I’m going to complain but just wanted to ask is this normal and am I being unreasonable? Gap is about 17mm (half the door thickness, I’m guessing this is way to far to stretch the carpet?
Cheers,
Ben
