any ideas on joining a new 110mm branch (new down stairs toilet) onto cast soil pipe ?
my thoughts are to tell the customer that they need to replace it all with plastic , but does anyone know better.

i need to place a 92.5 "t" branch at about knee height to take the new toilet waste. any solutions other than replacing the stack ?

Replacing the whole stack will probably cost about 80 quid. will take about half a day, I would go for replacing the soil stack.

any more thoughts.

can i make a joint into the cast ??

or change it all to plastic ?

Yes, go to Pipeline and buy a Timesaver branch.

If the cast iron is external you could need building permission to replace it.
