HI
I have a detached house, (Upsidedown house) I had some of the windows and doors re-hung, the guy noticed that three first floor windows under the cills at the front did not have mastic between the cill and brick, should he do it, i said ok without really thinking, but the rest of the house did have, which played on my mind. We do have small vents in the brickwork, first floor level, now i am worried these might have been left for cavity ventilation, we do have rock wool insulation in the walls. Other than those vents in the brickwork, there doesnt seem to be any other airbricks, the rear first floor is tanked up to 7/8ths of first floor. Can anybody help the building is approx 10yrs old
many thanks
