CCTV HD advice

I need a system with 2 cameras (small internal dome) , recording facility and be able to view live and recorded material via the web. Preferably HD quality. Also the cameras must be POE and a small 17" monitor in the shop to show the cameras are working etc.

can anyone advise on something suitable? Thanks.

You say POE so that means IP cameras?

yep POE cameras to save on further electrical points needed. thanks

An alternative to PoE would be to just run 'shotgun' cable for power and video from the DVR to camera. This way you can use a e.g. 5-way power splitter on one adapter at the DVR therefore meaning still no additional power sockets needed

My DVR came with a 5-way 12v splitter in the box and it works well with shotgun video and power cable (I bought the cable per-crimped too at like £4.90 for 20m)
