Ceiling crack nearly full length of room

I have some ceiling cracks near to where the wall meets the ceiling. The crack spans approx half of the room and is quite wide in certain parts… is this something to be concerned about?

You've turned the heating on high, things have dried out, the ceiling shrunk a bit more than usual
