Ceiling membrane

Hi folks,just fitted pir insulation board to my garage ceiling,and my question is,will I need any kind of membrane over this?I’ve been told if fit osb board,I shouldn’t need it.is this correct.all 16 joist runs a are vented both sides aswell for airflow.

Foil taping the joints will do.
your aim is preventing moisture laden air getting to the cold underside of the deck.
