I have a ceiling which is just painted white but i need to repaint it now but some of the plasterboard tape is showing through,is there a way to disguise this,i don't really want to artex it.

Just fill over it with a wide blade scraper and lightly sand over it with some 120 sandpaper or a fine sanding block.
