Artex ceiling, tape over the cracks is falling.

I had cracks it my ceiling so I employed an artexer to do the ceiling.

He taped over the cracks, now all the tape is falling or coming away leaving the ceiling in a mess. What can I do??

Take "all" the old tapes off, and get the ceiling re-taped. Once the new tapes have been put on,, because the ceiling has been artexed, you will either have to remove all the old artex, or get it skimmed over. If you go down the artex removal route, re-tape "after" removal. There was a similar question to yours posted on here yesterday entitled, "Repairing Artex",,,,, read it too if possible.
