boiler switches off when tap or mixer shower turned on upstairs,all ok downstairs,heating and hot tap. pressure in boiler ok,can anyone help.thanks.

boiler switches off?? do you mean you are getting no hot water upstairs but you are downstairs?
if so its probably the diaphragm as this is just a BG rebadge of a 24cdi iirc. nightmare job or reasonable depending who you talk to and how unlucky they are when they are changing it. also depends on how they change it.
