CELTIC BOILER CHARGING KEY

Hi there

a friend has a Celtic boiler and the pressure guage reads 0.5 bar and rads are cold upstairs. I can't find a charging key to re-pressurise it, is there a way to do it without the key and where exactly is the part that charges, is it the part with the splines??

thanks for the reply, I can't get hold of my friend right now but the boiler has a brown sort of smoked glass cover at the bottom

how would you re-pressurise a Celtic boiler?
Are they all the same?

i think it's a sterling
