I am thinking of putting K rend or a similar brand on a new property, but would like to know the difference in costs between the two.
The labour between the two is similar at £10 per m, but the material is a lot different. Monocouche costs around £10 per metre, but I'm not sure of what sand, cement and additives would cost per m.
Does anyone have an idea of the difference between the two.
